CCEA Regulation, together with Ofqual and Qualifications Wales, have outlined the high-level approach to the annual statement of compliance process 2021.
Ofqual has published a new student guide for summer awarding. This applies to all GCSEs, AS and A levels, vocational, technical and other general qualifications regulated by Ofqual.
The process as outlined by the JCQ guidance released to centres on 26 March for the English Awarding Organisations (AQA, OCR and Pearson) and EDUQAS will be extended to Northern Ireland centres taking GCSE and A level qualifications with non CCEA awarding organisations. This will also apply to the JCQ appeals process when finalised.

An explainer tool has been launched today that provides the contingencies and mitigations for the assessment and awarding of vocational, technical and other general qualifications for the remainder of this academic year 2020-2021.
